Return and Exchange Policy:
If you are returning your item we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Please be sure to confirm your return by emailing us at "orders@tbsluxclo.com" prior to returning your merchandise. Be sure to fill out a completed return slip along with your package. Returns on regular priced items are gladly accepted within 20 days from its ship date. Any requests on returns beyond 20 days will not be accepted. ALL items that are purchased on sale or with the use of our discount codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/refunded via debit or credit, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no returns or exchanges on any purchases on any of our items that are purchased on PRE-ORDER or LAST IN STOCK as they are automatically considered FINAL SALE merchandises. There will be no refund returns on any items that include intimates, swim, mesh's or cover ups for hygienic reasons, only exchange and or store credit. There will be no refund returns on purchases made with the use of gift cards. All items purchased through gift cards are considered to be final sale. Eligible items may be exchanged, refunded or returned for store credit via an E-Gift Card. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. We advise you to ship your return via USPS. You are responsible for the postage cost of returning the merchandise back to our facility. Please be sure to purchase tracking information (required). Your original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed via store credit as we are no longer issuing debit/credit refunds at this time.
