Q: Are there any additional charges for international orders?

A: Yes International Shipments may be subject to custom charges once the package arrives to its recipient's country. Sorry Loves we are not responsible for these additional charges. These fees must be paid by you the recipient so that your package is released. If you fail to pay custom charges the package will be returned to us.

 

Q: Can I return my item?

Q: What does "Pre-Order" mean?
A: An item that is labeled Pre-Order means that item is not yet ready for shipment but can be purchased on a first order first to ship bases. Typically Pre-Order items are shipped out within 1-3 weeks (ship dates estimates will always be listed in an items description). Pre-Ordered items will always be marked in the item's description.

 

Q: What’s the maximum number of days my package can take to ship out?
A: GREAT QUESTION! If the item you've purchased is in stock it can take anywhere from 0-7 business days to ship. The shipping method you pay for at checkout plays a huge factor in your ship date schedule. Pre-order items will always have and expected ship date marked in the product's description.
