Your estimated delivery time is mostly depended on your location, and the shipping method you select during your checkout. After your payment is authorized and verified, your order will be packaged and shipped in 0-8 business days (depended on the shipping method you've selected). Please note that when choosing 'Express' or 'Overnight' shipping, orders must be placed by 7 am EST for same day shipment. If your order is placed after, our 7 am cut off time your package will be shipped next business day (this does not include weekends and or holidays). Please note that your order may be canceled for one or multiple of the following reasons; upon checking the item you have recently purchased during shipment we've noticed that the product(s) is damaged or a shortage of quantity and as our policy states, we do not ship out noticeably damaged goods. If a product is listed as "pre-order" shipping schedules will be delayed to 15-20 business days (pre-order products will be marked in the product's description so you're aware). If production has been extremely delayed on your Pre-ordered purchased items your order will be automatically canceled if the item you have purchased. THERE WILL BE NO RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS MARKED ON PRE-ORDER. PLEASE NOTE: when we are in high demand season for national holidays or cyber sales such as ThanksGiving, Black Friday, Christmas and or etc.; your delivery may be delayed. We encourage you not to worry, in such times as getting your package delivered to you at your earliest convenience is our top priority. Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS), or Dalsey Hillblom Lynn (DHL). After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and or text. PLEASE NOTE: TBSLUXCLO is not responsible for the delay of your package once it has shipped. If you are returning your item we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. Please be sure to confirm your return by emailing us at "orders@tbsluxclo.com" prior to returning your merchandise. Be sure to fill out a completed return slip along with your package. Returns on regular priced items are gladly accepted within 20 days from its ship date. Any requests on returns beyond 20 days will not be accepted. ALL items that are purchased on sale or with the use of our discount codes are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned/refunded via debit or credit, NO EXCEPTIONS. There will be no returns or exchanges on any purchases on any of our items that are purchased on PRE-ORDER or LAST IN STOCK as they are automatically considered FINAL SALE merchandises. There will be no refund returns on any items that include intimates, swim, mesh's or cover ups for hygienic reasons, only exchange and or store credit. There will be no refund returns on purchases made with the use of gift cards. All items purchased through gift cards are considered to be final sale. Eligible items may be exchanged, refunded or returned for store credit via an E-Gift Card. Merchandise must be unworn and in its original condition. We advise you to ship your return via USPS.
